SKN is a professionally managed Auditing & Tax Consultancy Firm, established in 2012 by its founder CA Satish Kumar N under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. The firm was built with a singular vision: to provide excellence in audit, taxation, legal consultancy, and accounting guidance to businesses across Hyderabad.

Before founding the firm, Satish Kumar N spent over a decade gaining experience across every layer of finance — from article trainee and audit incharge roles at leading CA firms, to General Manager Finance & Admin at a leading infrastructure company, and a partner-level role at a leading CA firm. That breadth of real-world experience — across government projects, infrastructure, energy, and practice — is what makes SKN different.

CA Satish Kumar N is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI, May 2012) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Kakatiya University, Warangal. With over 20 years spanning article training, audit leadership, and corporate finance, he brings a rare combination of Big-4 style audit depth and hands-on corporate finance experience to every client engagement.

His career has taken him through statutory and tax audits at leading CA firms, a General Manager Finance & Admin role at a leading infrastructure company managing a full finance and admin function, a partner-level position at a leading CA firm, and finally the founding and growth of his own practice — now a thriving multi-disciplinary firm with a strong client base across agri, ginning, construction, energy, and trading.
